Choi Time’s brand new White Silver Needles or White Peony tea comes direct from the Fujian province in China. It’s known as the ‘lady of all teas’.

It lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, helps improve your eyes and has high levels of antioxidants. Harvested in early spring its taste is light, sweet, mellow and refreshing with a liquor that is almost clear. 

To Brew: Use 1 gram/ a pinch of leaves into your cup and pour water that is approximately 80 – 85 degrees. White tea can be brewed for up to 10mins depending on individual taste.
