With a distinct lemon and citrusy taste this herbal infusion is believed by Chinese herbalists to help relieve stomach disorders, insomnia & respiratory disorders. Directions for the perfect brew
Put 1.5g into your tea pot / strainer/ tea bag. Pour just boiled water 85-90 and leave to brew for at least 3-5minutes.
